We invite you to discover the feeling of Qi flow in your
body through slow and gentle movements of Qigong and elements of Taiji, which also
combine breathing,visualization and
intention. We subsequently extend this wonderful feelingto one of it’s many possibleexcitingapplications: Latin dancing.We will
demonstrate it’s amazing utility to
improve styling and gracefulness of movement using elements of popularsocial dances:Salsa, Bachata, Rumba, Merengue.This
practice will help participants to develop better balance and coordination,
unlock the joints and increase the range of motion, improve sense of rhythm and
fluidity of body movement. This, in turn, often translates to greater feelings
of relaxation, inner peace and contentment.
